Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures for the organization. 2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports. 3. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. 4. Manage and coordinate the organization’s financial planning and budgeting processes. 5. Analyze financial data and provide financial projections. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders. 7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 8. Establish and maintain internal controls. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role. 3. CPA or CFA certification is preferred. 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: 1. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting. 2. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to financial management. 3.
